With fast-deployable mobile charging units and integrated Wi-Fi, ChargeIT-EV delivers a unique combination of power and connectivity, ensuring peace of mind for EV users in any situation. ChargeIT-EV Roadside Assistance delivers a safer and more efficient option by offering immediate charging services without the necessity of towing.
Service rates vary based on the vehicle's location and distance:
One-Time Service:
- 10-15 miles = $250
- 16-30 miles = $325
- $50 per hour for scheduled charging appointments
Cancellation Policy:
Please keep in mind that cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment, the deposit will not be refunded. If we arrive at your location for the service and your vehicle is not present, refunds will not be available.

Up to 5 emergency charging calls per month for multiple vehicles (can handle up to 4 vehicles at once).
Unlimited scheduled charging for fleet vehicles (with a 48-hour notice).

Priority response during disasters or outages
